Returns Policy

We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to tell us why, so we can improve in the future.

You can do that in the first 30 days of delivery. The period starts from the day your order arrived, as indicated by the tracking info page.

You have to contact us with the following details: order number, and the reason for the return or exchange (if exchange, tell us with which product you want.). 

As soon as we receive the package and it is in good condition, we will refund the value of the product. 

We can not offer free return shipping. You can ask how much it will cost at your local post office.

We can not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. 

You can do that if the purchase was not shipped.
