All of our products are created by hand with ecological materials in our built factory. For this reason, we are more than happy to accept your custom order, although it’s about a product which we don't offer on our website or you only want to change the dimensions or something of the design of the product.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If you want to pay via bank transfer, please contact us, and we will provide you with our bank information. All online payments are secure and processed using robust security and confidentiality processes.

Yes, you will receive an automated email once your payment has been received to confirm your purchase. This will be sent to the email address provided when making your order. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk box. If you have still not found it, please contact our customer support team.

After that, you will receive a payment confirmation email. You can find the production time of each of our products and the shipping time here.  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number where you can follow your package.

We will not charge any tax on your order, but we will also not cover the cost of any import duties or taxes. We would advise you to check in with your local authority on if your purchase would be subject to fees before proceeding with payment for your order, as these would be your responsibility to pay. 

We offer six types of wallpaper:

• Fleece or Fleecelin is a type of special bleached cellulose material, like ordinary paper, products made of it do not harm the environment and are "breathing". It provides wallpaper with increased strength and durability. Fleece wallpaper is produced from environmentally friendly materials that promote the free circulation of air in the room. The basis of non-woven wallpaper has a dense structure that allows you to mask small cracks and irregularities on the walls without wasting time and effort. The material allows the wall of any type, in particular wooden, to breathe, which keeps a favorable microclimate in the room. Fleece wallpaper for painting and ordinary wallpaper does not tear and does not stretch when glued, during wet cleaning can withstand the use of detergents. To stick the wallpaper, it is enough to apply glue only to the wall. Wallpaper is resistant to bright light, which prolongs its life. 
• Tree bark is a muramour dune. Muramour Dune has a stylish vertical folded texture that not only creates an impact but in combination with the print can help hide imperfections in the wall surface. The white surface produces intense color prints with outstanding depth and quality. Muramour Dune is the perfect choice for all medium-traffic areas in commercial environments. 
• Bruch is a muramour japon. Muramour Japon has a beautifully intriguing swirled fiber texture that adds a stylish touch of character to graphics and art photography. Its uniform texture allows for consistent depth of color and it works as well with vibrant hues as it does with subtle tones. Muramour Japon is the perfect choice for all medium-traffic areas in commercial environments. 
• Wall Plaster is a coala wall design P stucco. 
• Fine plaster is a coala wall design P sand.
• Canvas is a coala wall design P canvas. 

We are happy to provide you with a mural with your dimensions. That makes every of our produced murals unique. For this reason, when you make your order,  one of our customer support agents will take care of your mural. He or She will send you a proof image via email. The image will show you how exactly your mural will look created in your dimensions. That gives you a chance to change the design if there is something which you don't like. 

Pattern and monochromatic murals are the same. Because we create a mural with your dimensions some of our designs may need a repeat, for others may be stretched to fit your dimensions. You will see how will look exactly your murals on the approved photo which we will send you. If you don't like it or you want to change something, don't worry. Our designers will be more than happy to create the mural which you want. 

Please keep in mind that the product colors may vary slightly due to your monitor's settings. 

Our stickers are created from durable PVC foil and a special protective layer that prevents scratches and damage. The inks are eco and waterproof. Stickers don't emit harmful emissions into the air, and they are 100% safe for your kid's room. 

The stickers of Colors of Life are suitable for indoors and outdoor on any dry and smooth surface - Painted wall, Wood Polished surface, Smooth wallpaper, Glass surface, Acrylic surface, Plastic panels, Porcelain stoneware, Ceramic surface, Stainless steel, Mirror. 

Unsuitable surface: Moldy, Unclean, Cracked Brick, Fresh paint, and Corrosion surface.
